When we were trying to buy a house and get a good intrest rate, we tried many different lenders. Because we didn't have A+ credit, alot of them either turned us down or wanted to give us a high intrest rate. Audubon Savings was the onl;y place that understood on a personal basis. This is a local, hometown bank with a very distinct "we care about you" attitude. We have even changed over all of our bank accounts to them.
